The recipes you find on this blog will always combine the four “magical” elements I consider essential for a good recipe, being simultaneously healthy, easy, inexpensive, and delicious. For years, I thought that a balance between these four was impossible, believing that healthy food generally wasn’t yummy, easy, or budget-friendly. However, I have since learned that with some planning, thought, and openness to new ingredients and ways of preparing food, these four can come together with scrumptious results!

These recipes are not for gourmet chefs, but rather are simple and healthy dishes that can be prepared quickly, on a limited budget, and without forfeiting any of the taste found in many unhealthy meals.
